Lamington cake


100 g soft butter
3/4 cup AlOSRA granulated sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup milk
Chocolate sauce ingredients
2 cups ALOSRA powdered sugar
20g butter
1/3 cup cocoa
1/2 cup milk
2 cups coconut


  1. Mix the butter and sugar well then add the eggs and vanilla ad whip them until the mix doubles in size and its color becomes light
  2. Add the salt and baking powder to the flour.
  3. Now add the flour to the egg mixture while whipping on low speed and adding milk.
  4. Mix the butter for an additional minute then pour it into a rectangular pan approximately 30 cm brushed with butter and covered with flour.
  5. Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 175 degrees in the middle of the oven for half an hour.

For preparing the Chocolate sauce
  1. Prepare a water bath and add all the ingredients together, stir until the mixture condenses and becomes well combined.
  2. Final step: Cut the cake and dip each piece in the chocolate sauce then cover it with the coconut, you can cut the squares in half and stuff them with jam to adhere.
